Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) are steel building systems where the structural components are designed by computer-aided engineering software, fabricated in a factory under strict quality control, and then transported to the site for quick bolted assembly.
Unlike conventional construction where every element is designed and built on site, PEB delivers a complete, optimised building system — primary frames, secondary members, roofing, cladding, doors, windows and accessories — all from a single source.

Primary Steel Frame
Tapered I-sections, columns, rafters — hot-rolled or built-up sections as per design load.
Secondary Structural
Purlins, girts, eave struts, base angles — cold-formed Z/C sections for roof and wall.
Roofing System
Colour-coated Galvalume profiled sheets (0.47mm–0.60mm) with ridge cap and flashings.
Wall Cladding
Single-skin or insulated sandwich panels — available in multiple profiles and colours.
Mezzanine Floor

Our engineers visit the site, understand your usage requirements, soil conditions, local wind/seismic zone and prepare a detailed brief.
Design & Engineering
Structural design using STAAD.Pro / ETABS software as per IS codes. GA drawings, anchor bolt plans and erection drawings prepared.
Client Approval
Drawings submitted for client review and approval. Revisions incorporated. Final BOQ and cost estimate confirmed.
Factory Fabrication
Steel sections cut, drilled, welded and painted in our fabrication facility. Quality checks at every stage. Components tagged for easy erection.
Dispatch & Logistics
Components loaded and dispatched to site. Erection sequence plan shared with site team.
Site Erection
